see the builds director for the links but I think your best option would be to use the GFTE/Envy spammers.

Max Leadership with minor rune
Max command with sup rune
rest in the weapon of your choice or on motivation if you want to pack a motivation buff.

The essentials are:
Go For The Eyes
Anthem of Envy
Aggressive Refrain
Find Their Weakness

Other Preferred Skills you can pack:
Fall Back
Never Surrender
Res Sig
You could also, bring some ranger skills here, too...

With a ranger you can go two routes for the elite:
Focused Anger for 130% adrenaline boost (good for spear user and groups that don't mob together much)
Barrage (will give you faster adrenaline gain when fighting tight mobs but much slower adrenaline gain when fighting spread mobs.)

I go with focused anger as it works well enough in all situations. Yes, this leaves you using no ranger skills.

The build thread have mixed reviews so I will reiterate here:
I highly suggest not using a pet, even when in BP groups. When the pet dies, it robs you of all your adrenaline and your purpose (spamming GFTE and Envy) is seriously damaged. Also, you can't res the pet for a long time without the benefit of expertise and by losing GFTE and Envy, you not only can't cast the buffs, but these are your primary source of energy gain - it leaves you completely dead in the water.
